Beatriz Jorda

PhD, is a researcher at Carlos III University of Madrid, where she is a member of the MITCOM Research Group. She also serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of English at Saint Louis University, Madrid campus. Her research combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies to examine persuasion on social media in the context of political and social issues. She is also interested in online political discussions, fake news, and unfriending.
